Where the material comes from. Sand and gravel are produced at the company's permitted extraction site on the Buayan Riverbed and supplemented from trade partner sources when a request calls for it. Limestone is sourced through established partners in the region. Fly ash comes from coal-fired power plant operations in Maasim, Sarangani Province, in bulk pneumatic tanker loads of about 40 metric tonnes (1,000 bags of 40 kg) or bagged. Source documentation and technical data are confirmed before quotation. Units are quoted per request: metric tonne, cubic metre, bag, or truckload.

Product lines

From riverbed to ready for the mix.

Six product lines, each matched to the application it is bought for. Quantities are supplied by the truckload, cubic metre, or metric tonne, and recurring supply can be scheduled against a project programme.

How buyers specify

  • By size and grading

Nominal aggregate size or gradation, sand fineness, or the limestone sizing the application needs, in the terms your engineer or mix design uses.

  • By class and chemistry

For fly ash and industrial limestone: the class, loss on ignition, fineness, or chemistry limit the receiving plant works to, confirmed with source data before quotation.

  • By volume and rhythm

Cubic metres, metric tonnes, or truckloads, one-time or recurring. Weekly and monthly call-offs are scheduled against the project programme.

What to send us

A better quotation starts with complete requirements.

  1. Material and intended use
  2. Grade, size, or technical specification
  3. Quantity and unit
  4. Delivery location
  5. Required date and order frequency

Also name any reports or tests your specification requires, such as a sieve analysis, a certificate of analysis, or weighbridge tickets for bulk fly ash, so the documentation is confirmed before you order. Not sure about a field? Share what you know and mark the rest for discussion.

How it works

From requirement to coordinated supply.

The process is the same whether the material comes from the company's own quarry or a partner source, for a single truckload or a recurring plant-to-plant contract.

  1. Send the requirement

Material, specification, quantity, site, and schedule, through the website form, email, phone, or Viber.

  2. Source matching

The request is checked against the company's own quarry output and the partner source that meets the specification.

  3. Quotation and terms

Material details, documentation, price, and logistics terms are confirmed in writing.

  4. Delivery and receipting

Supply and delivery are coordinated with the parties involved; every load is receipted and every billing invoiced.

What a quotation confirms

  • Availability and the source of the material
  • Specification, grading, class, or chemistry met
  • Documentation available from the source
  • Price for the quantity; delivery or pick-up terms
  • Schedule and, for recurring supply, the rhythm

Documentation that can be requested with an order

  • Delivery receipt and sales invoice

BIR-registered forms issued per delivery; weighbridge tickets for bulk fly ash.

  • Technical data

Material description, grading, class, or chemistry from the source for the quoted lot.

  • Test documents

Where the source can provide them; confirmed per material and source before acceptance.

Who we are

Aggregates and industrial minerals, supplied the right way.

Stone Depot Trading supplies limestone, sand, gravel, crushed aggregates, coal fly ash, and earthfill to coal-fired power plants, infrastructure contractors, concrete and cement producers, and commercial and residential builders across SOCCSKSARGEN and the Davao region.

Behind the trading name is StoneDepot Sand and Gravel Supplies, a BIR-registered sole proprietorship based in General Santos City that operates its own permitted industrial sand and gravel source on the Buayan Riverbed in Barangay Batomelong. The Buayan Riverbed project has held a DENR-EMB Environmental Compliance Certificate since 2018, and today runs under a five-year City quarry permit and a current Mayor's Business Permit.

Own quarry output is combined with a vetted network of trade partner sources for limestone, fly ash, and additional volume, so a single inquiry can cover several materials and every order is matched to the source that actually meets its specification. Each requirement is checked at the source, quoted in writing, and delivered with BIR-registered receipts, so buyers can plan, accredit, and audit with confidence.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you publish a fixed price list?

Pricing depends on the material, specification, quantity, source availability, delivery location, and schedule. Submit the requirement for a project-specific quotation.

Can you source a particular size, grade, or specification?

Yes. Include the required specification in the inquiry. Availability and applicable documentation are checked with the source before quotation.

Can technical or test documents be requested?

Yes. Document requirements can be included in the inquiry. The specific documents available depend on the material and source and are confirmed before an order is accepted.

Where can deliveries be arranged?

Stone Depot is based in General Santos City and delivers across SOCCSKSARGEN. Bulk fly ash is set up for plant-to-plant delivery from Sarangani Province to the Davao region. Other destinations are confirmed per inquiry.

Can I inquire even if some specifications are not final?

Yes. Provide the known requirements and identify which items still need discussion.

Is the company accredited as a supplier?

Registration and permit copies (DTI, BIR, Mayor's business permit, City quarry permit, DENR-EMB ECC) and specimen receipt and invoice forms accompany supplier accreditation submissions. See the Registrations and compliance section.

Tell us what the project needs.

Share the material, specification, volume, delivery location, and schedule. Stone Depot Trading will match the inquiry against its own quarry output and the appropriate partner source, and come back with a written quotation.

Preparing the requirement? See what to send us — and if a detail is not final yet, note it for discussion.

Why buyers work this way with us

  • One inquiry, several materials

Limestone, sand, gravel, fly ash, and earthfill can be raised in a single request and matched to the right source each.

  • Documents confirmed, not assumed

Delivery receipts, technical data, and test documents are confirmed per source before an order is accepted.

  • Schedule-aware

Target dates and recurring rhythms are part of the requirement from the first message, not an afterthought.

Fields marked asterisk are required. Submitting an inquiry starts a sourcing conversation — it does not create a binding order. Pricing is not published as a fixed list because it depends on material, specification, quantity, source availability, delivery location, and schedule; each project receives its own quotation.

Include the grade, size, chemistry, standards, or any other requirement the source should meet. Mark anything still open for discussion.

Optional details

e.g. delivery receipts, technical data, test documents — availability is confirmed per source.
